Dahra Administrative Building
Architectural Approach
The Dahra Administrative Building, situated in Tripoli's commercial district, has been designed to cater to the needs of contemporary business life. The aim is to bring a new perspective to office culture in Libya with a flexible, modular, and user-focused office layout. The building strikes a strong balance between aesthetics and functionality, with energy efficiency and sustainability criteria also being central to the design.
Design Identity
The project aims to create a working environment that contributes to success in the business world. Open office layouts, flexible usage areas, and a facade design that maximizes natural light have created an atmosphere that enhances employee productivity. A minimalist approach has been adopted, stripping away unnecessary details to achieve a simple yet effective architectural language.
Hardware and Technology
The building is equipped with all the technological and functional hardware required in modern management structures:
Smart building automation and CCTV security systems
VRV/VRF climate control and heat recovery ventilation
Fiber internet infrastructure and computer-assisted building monitoring systems
Fire detection, smoke extraction, and emergency lighting systems
Energy-efficient electromechanical systems and generator-backed power infrastructure
Conference rooms, parking, cafeteria, and open spaces
The Dahra Management Building in Tripoli is designed not only as a business center but also as a contemporary management complex that prioritizes efficiency, sustainability, and security.
