This project was developed as a contemporary office concept to serve Astana's dynamic business community, but it has not yet been implemented.
The design combines the simple lines of modern architecture with a strong industrial aesthetic. The bare simplicity of the concrete surfaces is balanced by the transparency of the glass facades, allowing natural light to permeate the space. Sculptural touches and artwork throughout the interior transform the office atmosphere from a corporate space into a cultural experience.
The open-plan layout emphasizes social interaction and transparency, while executive areas, meeting rooms, and lounges are designed with complementary functional designs. This design, which meets the needs of modern office life, also aims to convey a strong sense of prestige and identity. This project is currently in the concept phase and has not yet been implemented.
